Job Title: Project Administrator

Salary: 25,000 - 28,000 per annum

We're looking for a dynamic and talented Project Administrator, who is organised with a keen eye for detail. With excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload, you will assist in delivering projects for our clients. You will have strong problem-solving skills and be able to adapt when situations change, ensuring project progress stays on track no matter what challenges arise.
From the moment a project is handed over from the Sales Team, you will assist in moving the project efficiently through each process; from sending out order paperwork, to creating layouts with our in-house Design Team, moving through production in our workshop, right up until the order is delivered to site. You will need to be organised and keep track of project progress, as you will be a central point of communication with all stakeholders, whether providing updates to customers regarding their order, helping with client queries, or discussing project details with our workshop team.
Key Duties:
Administration Tasks
- Taking phone calls and responding to emails
- Scanning and filing paperwork
- Consumables ordering
- Preparing order paperwork and invoices
- Updating CRM records
- Updating project details and planning into schedule
- Creating cutting lists for the workshop
- Preparing and printing delivery paperwork, and updating delivery records
- Organising transport
- Arranging and sending out invitations to both internal and external meetings
- Assisting with other administrative tasks when required
