Responsibilities:
- Process Components/ Parts through the Treatment Lines, including Jigging.
- Read and interpret Aerospace and Defence drawings and documentation.
- Perform Operator Inspections and adhere to specifications and work instructions.
- Maintain tanks, perform chemical additions, and conduct stock checks.
- Ensure a safe and compliant workplace, following all regulatory and company Health and Safety policies.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience handling Aerospace and Defence Components.
- Surface coating experience in Anodise/ Plating.
- REQUIRED: Experience in Electroless Nickel Plating.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Reliable and responsible with a methodical approach to meeting targets and goals.
- Strong team player with the ability to work off own initiative.
