They’re looking to bring in a skilled Research Officer to join their in-house insight and performance function—someone who can deliver high-quality research that drives real-world service and strategy improvements.

This is a great opportunity for someone from a market or business research background who enjoys variety, stakeholder engagement, and translating complex data into clear, actionable insight.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering qualitative and quantitative research projects end-to-end
  • Designing surveys, interviews, focus groups, and desk-based research
  • Producing clear, evidence-based reports tailored to different audiences
  • Managing multiple projects at once with a focus on quality and outcomes
  • Engaging with internal teams to embed insight into business planning and service delivery

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in applied market/business research (not academic-only)
  • Strong skills in both qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing ability
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a busy, agile team
  • Ideally degree-qualified or holding a relevant research-related qualification
