The Role

AsHead of MFL, you will:

• Lead the strategic development of the MFL department, ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning.
• Deliver engaging and challenging lessons in French, Spanish, or German from KS3 to Sixth Form.
• Foster cultural awareness through immersive experiences, including trips, exchanges, and extracurricular clubs.
• Support students preparing for GCSE, A-Level, and university applications.
• Manage and develop a team of dedicated language teachers, promoting innovative and engaging pedagogy.
