Prospero Teaching is working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in South Somerset that is seeking an experienced Teacher of Science to lead the subject up to Key Stage 4. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and skilled educator to take on a leadership role in a supportive and ambitious school environment.

The Role:
Full-time teaching position starting in September 2025
Subject Leader for Science (KS3-KS4)
Planning and delivering engaging science lessons
Leading and supporting a team of science teachers
Monitoring student progress and driving attainment

Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
Proven experience teaching Science up to KS4
Previous leadership or subject coordination experience preferred
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
