Location: Yeovil Contract Type: [Full-time / Part-time / Casual Salary: £12.50 per hour Shift Pattern: Match days, 12:00 – 17:30

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Stewards to join our team in Yeovil, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of spectators at events. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in event safety and crowd management.

• Provide a safe and welcoming environment for all spectators

• Monitor crowd movement and assist with entry/exit points

• Deliver excellent customer service and support to attendees

• Respond calmly and effectively to incidents or emergencies

• Work closely with event managers and security teams

• Must have started or completed an NVQ in Spectator Safety

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to remain calm under pressure

• Professional, approachable, and reliable attitude

• Flexibility to work match day schedules

• £12.50 per hour pay rate

• Regular shifts on match days (12:00 – 17:30)

• Training and development opportunities

• Experience working at a variety of exciting events
