About the RoleWe are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Stewards to join our team in Yeovil, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of spectators at events. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in event safety and crowd management.
Key Responsibilities-
Provide a safe and welcoming environment for all spectators

Monitor crowd movement and assist with entry/exit points

Deliver excellent customer service and support to attendees

Respond calmly and effectively to incidents or emergencies

Work closely with event managers and security teams

Must have started or completed an NVQ in Spectator Safety

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to remain calm under pressure

Professional, approachable, and reliable attitude

Flexibility to work match day schedules

£12.50 per hour pay rate

Regular shifts on match days (12:00 – 17:30)
