Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue customer invoices, statements, and aged debt reports.
  • Proactive credit control by following up on outstanding accounts, ensuring prompt payment, and 
  • maintaining professional communication with clients.
  • Investigate and resolve account discrepancies and customer queries by coordinating with internal 
  • teams and clients to ensure issues are fully resolved.
  • Assist with daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Support the month-end financial reporting process
  • Maintain and update accurate financial records in line with company procedures and assist during 
  • internal and external audits or compliance reviews.
  • Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in accordance with departmental policies, 
  • procedures, and Service Level Agreements.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an accounts, finance, or administrative role.
  • Confident working with numbers and financial data with excellent attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to investigate and resolve financial queries methodically 
  • and effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft, particularly Dynamics 365 Business Central and Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with 
  • clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy, deadline-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently and as part of a team
