Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue customer invoices, statements, and aged debt reports.
- Proactive credit control by following up on outstanding accounts, ensuring prompt payment, and
- maintaining professional communication with clients.
- Investigate and resolve account discrepancies and customer queries by coordinating with internal
- teams and clients to ensure issues are fully resolved.
- Assist with daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Support the month-end financial reporting process
- Maintain and update accurate financial records in line with company procedures and assist during
- internal and external audits or compliance reviews.
- Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in accordance with departmental policies,
- procedures, and Service Level Agreements.
Essential Skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an accounts, finance, or administrative role.
- Confident working with numbers and financial data with excellent attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to investigate and resolve financial queries methodically
- and effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft, particularly Dynamics 365 Business Central and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with
- clients and colleagues.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy, deadline-driven environment.
