A dynamic and design-focused architecture practice in Harrogate is seeking a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their expanding team. Known for their balance of creativity and technical excellence, the studio works across a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial projects, with a particular strength in bespoke housing and small-scale developments.
This role is ideal for a motivated and collaborative individual who thrives in a supportive, solutions-driven environment. The successful candidate will bring a keen eye for design, strong technical ability, and an eagerness to develop within a growing practice.
Ideal Candidate:
- Part 2 qualification (or experienced Part 1)
- Several years' UK-based experience, ideally in residential architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and ArchiCAD
- Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Daily Duties:
- Assist in the development of design proposals and technical detailing
- Produce planning and construction drawings
- Support planning and Building Regulations submissions
- Contribute to a variety of residential and commercial projects
- Collaborate with team members across all stages of design and delivery
