Quality Assurance Business Partner

Location: North of England & Scotland
Salary: Up to 44,400 DOE
Hours: 35 per week
Reports To: Strategic Quality and Compliance Manager

My client is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Business Partner to join their team. They are passionate about delivering high-quality services and fostering a supportive and friendly work environment. Role Overview:

Work with Regional Managers to ensure our services are top quality. Conduct reviews, create improvement reports, and focus on personalisation. Your work will help shape our quality strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly check and analyse service quality
  • Visit services and write compliance reports
  • Provide guidance to managers
  • Share best practices and encourage innovation
  • Involve service users in quality improvements
  • Develop and implement Quality Improvement Plans
  • Ensure services meet legal requirements
  • Help review and update policies
  • Conduct investigations when needed
  • Support the development of our Governance Framework

Additional Details:

  • Visit services in the North and Scotland 4 days a month
  • No need to be a clinical nurse, but must have 5 years' experience as a care home manager
  • Based in the North and willing to travel, including occasional overnight stays
  • No management duties, but responsible for quality support

About You:

  • Qualified in quality improvement or related field
  • Level 5 NVQ or equivalent in Health & Social Care
  • Experience in management and quality improvement
  • Knowledge of care sector regulations
  • Good at analysing data and solving problems
  • Full driving licence and willing to travel
