This Quality Multi rosette restaurant, offers an inventive fine dine concept this role would suit an experienced Chef de Partie looking for their next role.
Seasonal menus change almost weekly.
Our client is a quality restaurant with a small plate concept which has an excellent reputation set in the York area.
They are looking for an enthusiastic chef de partie to come on board and join their award-winning brigade of 10. You must show a real passion and flair and above all enthusiasm.
All is made on site and sourced as locally as possible
Seasonality is key to their concept.
They pride themselves on using the finest local seasonal produce.
You should preferably have rosette experience/fresh food background essential. You must have worked in a busy kitchen environment. The restaurant averages 120-150 covers daily
