Business Development Manager
OverviewWe are seeking an ambitious and experienced Business Development Manager to continue to drive success. As part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for new business acquisition, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities within newly onboarded accounts to achieve sales targets.

- Identify and acquire new business
- Establish key relationships with new customers, focusing on solutions
- Generate and maximize profitable revenue from new and existing customers by promoting services
- Create and execute outbound sales activities, negotiate and secure new business contracts
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the telecoms industry
- Strong understanding of IT/telecoms solutions and market trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and travel throughout the UK
