OverviewWe are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Sales Account Manager to join a growing and dynamic team in the global distributor. Monday - Thursday, 8:15am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities:

Manage the full sales process from lead generation to closing and post-sale support

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and suppliers
- Generate leads

Provide accurate and timely customer quotations

Manage purchase orders and monitor supplier performance
-
Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets

Deliver excellent customer service aligned with company values

Maintain accurate CRM records
-
Increase revenue and profitability within existing accounts

Hold regular TEAMS meetings with customers
-
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order delivery

Resolve customer issues in collaboration with a manager or mentor
Qualifications:

Previous sales experience, including making outbound calls

Professional and positive attitude

Strong team player

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Strong time management and organisational skills

Able to work under pressure and on own initiative

Confident negotiator with strategic thinking abilities

GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
