Responsibilities:
- Sales generation from existing accounts with the ability to navigate through procurement department
- Delivery/Ownership of a defined sales quota
- The ability to create and put into action a robust Account Management plan
- Performance against defined Key Performance Indictors
- The ability to prioritise tasks and functions that deliver against sales targets
- Regular engagement with key divisional team leaders, including management, marketing and production.
- Management of a defined geographic territory of customers/accounts
- Selling to Public Sector and contributing to Frameworks and Tenders
- Monitoring account performance and providing key insights to senior management
Qualifications
- Strong sales experience preferably 3-5 years in a similar role
- The ability to align objectives with buyers and stakeholders
- Strong collaboration skills
- Team player with lots of energy
- Excellent communication skills
- Performance-oriented with a strong drive for success
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve exceptional results
- Proven record of success in Account Management
- Ability to gain and impart strong product knowledge
- Experience of working with larger sized businesses
