My client, a market leading multidisciplinary Engineering and Planning Consultancy, is searching for a Senior Engineer to join the Team based in York.

It is essential that applicants have a strong academic background in Civil Engineering and have experience completing Flood Risk Assessment, Drainage Strategies for Planning Applications and designs for drainage, roads and site designs using infodrainage and civils 3D.

It is beneficial for applicants to live near York as you will be required in the office twice a week.

As a Senior Engineer you will have the opportunity to work on varied projects spanning residential, commercial and retail projects for Private and Public Sector Clients and Local Authorities. You will be required to complete, review and amend Flood Risk Assessments, Drainage Strategies for Planning Applications and detailed SuDS, access roads, road alignment, highways and site design using Infodrainage, AutoCAD, Civils 3D and Causeway Flow.

You will also be expected to liaise with Clients to discuss project progress, timescales and project budgets.
