Pay Rate: £14.25-£15.75 per hour - depending on experienceHours: Mon-Thu 8:30am to 4:30pm, Fri 8:30am to 3:30pmHolidays: 29 days per year (20 days + 8 bank holidays + birthday)Benefits: Company pension, all tools providedOvertime Rate: Between £19.50-£21.50 ph We are recruiting on behalf of a York-based company that delivers high-quality decorating services across the local area, with the majority of projects within York and surrounding towns. Very occasionally, work may be up to an 1 hour away. What You'll Be Doing

Preparing surfaces, including sanding, filling, and priming
Applying paint, varnish, and wallpaper to a professional finish
Using a variety of application techniques (brush, roller, spray)
Carrying out interior and exterior decorating work
Ensuring all work is completed safely, cleanly, and to a high standard
Working independently and as part of a small team
Representing the company in a professional and courteous manner with customers and clients

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years' painting and decorating experience
A professional and positive attitude, with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full driving licence preferred, or the ability to travel to sites/pick-up points
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Reliability and pride in delivering excellent workmanship
