About the Role:As a Credit Controller, you'll play a key role in managing the company's credit and collections processes. You'll work closely with engineers, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely payments and accurate financial records.?? Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively chase outstanding payments and manage aged debt
- Liaise with engineers to obtain order numbers and ensure accurate billing
- Allocate invoices and raise purchase orders
- Process employee expense claims with accuracy and efficiency
- Perform reconciliations and maintain payment plans
- Handle general administrative tasks to support the finance team
- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve queries and maintain strong relationships
? What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in credit control or a similar finance role
- Strong understanding of payment plans and reconciliations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organisational ability
- Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office Suite
