We are currently recruiting for an Administration professional ready to provide essential administrative support our client. This role is all about ensuring a robust process is in place for all tasks and ensure these are completed within the SLAs and KPIs, in order to deliver first rate customer service to all potential and existing customers.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Confirming arrangements for all journeys within strict deadlines
  • Responding to availability issues and finding suitable alternative arrangements
  • Proactively managing travel disruption to ensure customers reach their intended destination
  • Establishing and maintaining a direct relationship with suppliers
  • Communicating effectively with suppliers, tour managers, and internal departments to ensure high-quality delivery of products and services
  • Working within the Transport team to ensure tasks are completed within SLA and KPI
  • Delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining on-time delivery
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless tour experience for customers
  • Responding to customer requests and maintaining a high standard of customer service
  • Fulfilling any other duties reasonably expected of the role

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven administration/Customer Support experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Confident self-starter who is able to work in a fast-moving environment.
  • Comfortable liaising with strong personalities.
  • A professional and clear telephone manner.
