This well-established company are the UK subsidiary company of a multi-billion turnover company who provide a range of packaging and labelling solutions for a varied client base primarily within the F&B and Ecommerce sectors. They have seen continual growth since their establishment in 1978 and due to an ever increasing workload are looking to further grow their team.On a daily basis your responsibilities will be split between aftersales and supporting the service team. You will check specifications from the sales team, then send these to the manufacturing team in Germany, once back you then arrange an engineer to attend the installation and any subsequent servicing. Further to this you will support engineers with their daily workload / jobs list etc. as you oversee engineers across a regional patch in the UK. This varied role would suit a Customer Service Coordinator or similar looking for a varied, office based role where you will work from the office in a role offering opportunities for training and progression within a long established company.The Role:
- Aftersales work, look at drawings and check correct fit for project component
- Liaise with manufacturing team in Germany and customers to ensure high level of customer service
- Once product received arrange install and subsequent servicing
- Send service engineers job sheet and support with scheduling done effectively
- Office based role, regular customer interaction on phone
- On call 1 in 10, 5pm-8pm weekdays, Saturday / Sunday 9am-5:30pm - but phone only
