As Customer Service Representative, you will look after our customers and their rental arrangements face-to-face and over the telephone. This position has opportunities to gain commission for successfully upselling our long-term rentals.

About you

  • Hardworking individual with the ability to work in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to show great attention to detail
  • Ideally, you will have worked in the service industry
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Hold a full-valid driving licence for a minimum of 12 months, with no more than 9 points on your DVLA check.

How will your days look?

Your role will involve dealing with customers face to face and on the telephone, completing tasks such as opening and closing rental agreements, calculating quotations for short- and long-term hires, and building rapport with all our customers. You will aspire to go above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. You will get involved with checking vehicles before and after rentals and assisting other departments within the branch where required.

This role is 40 hour per week contract, working Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
