As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the main point of contact for our student residents, delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming, safe, and supportive community environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver excellent front-line service and handle student inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Organise engaging events and promote a vibrant student community.
- Support occupancy goals by promoting rebookings and achieving sales targets.
- Ensure the residence is safe, clean, and well-maintained at all times.
- Encourage and model sustainability practices such as recycling and energy-saving.
- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, ensuring resident safety.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and data protection standards.
- Prior experience in student accommodation, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales awareness and ability to meet performance targets.
- Organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Flexible to work weekends and evenings as required.
- Positive attitude and a genuine passion for community building and customer care.
