We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join one of our leading clients based in North Yorkshire. A family-owned, progressive organisation who have multiple sites across North and West Yorkshire, the Northeast and the Midlands.

This dual-role position involves coordinating repairs for machinery, upselling and booking in services and administration. You will maintain high standards of customer service, and drive department growth.

We are looking for a service led candidate who has experience managing documentation, processing invoices, warranties and has strong attention to detail. A strong communicator who can work with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate customer inquiries and workshop bookings.
  • Ensure timely and quality repairs - keeping customer up to date with progress
  • Promote additional services and maintain accurate service records
  • Process work orders, invoices, purchase orders, and warranty claims
  • Deliver excellent customer service levels at all times

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to analyse service data and contribute to departmental improvements
  • Customer-focused mindset with a drive to meet company goals
  • Previous experience in a supervisory, coordination role (Plant hire, Agriculture or Automotive)
