Electrical Design Engineer - The Role:
-
Liaise with shop floor electricians, fitters, lean manufacturing team, QC department related to process improvements, design & safety

Liaise with software engineers on improvements & assist with implementation

Recommend new technologies to improve efficiency

Producing engineering designs & testing documentation
-
Infrequent travel to customer or supplier
Electrical Design Engineer - The Person:
-
Ideally HNC qualified in a relevant discipline
-
Experience of any electrical CAD package would considered i.e. AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical & Promis-e etc – training on EPlan available

Methodical & accurate, with excellent communication & problem solving skills

Full training available for the EPlan design package
