Role

We have an opportunity for an Electricaina to join our responsive maintenance and breakdown team in the North Yorkshire area.

The primary focus of this role will be to undertake Electrical Testing and Inspection on MOD residential properties.

The Role

To install, service, and maintain electrical systems and appliances in domestic and commercial properties to a high standard in accordance with the current Edition of the IET Wiring Regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out necessary Health and Safety risk assessments when on site.
  • Undertake routine maintenance and servicing of electrical systems and appliances to required standards.
  • Report all faulty appliances / installations that do not comply with current regulations.
  • Replace electrical sockets and fittings.
  • Read and interpret information from job outline tickets.

Requirements

  • Driving license.
  • Subject to an Enhancef DBS
  • Ability to effectively manage time and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Attention to detail.
