Join Our Team as an HSQE Advisor!

Are you passionate about health, safety, quality, and environmental management? Were looking for a dedicated HSQE Advisor to join our team and help us maintain the highest standards of safety and compliance. As a key member of our organization, you will ensure that health and safety legislation is met while fostering a safety-first culture across all levels of the business. This could be something you're looking to transfer into from your current construction role.

What Youll Do:

  • Pre-Commencement Site Surveys: Identify and mitigate risks before projects even begin.
  • Construction Phase Plans: Develop detailed plans to ensure safety and compliance throughout construction.
  • Audits & Inspections: Regularly assess our operations to ensure we meet health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Reporting & Improvements: Document findings and provide recommendations for improvements in safety practices.
  • Stand-Down Briefings: Lead safety briefings and reinforce our commitment to a safe working environment.
  • Incident Investigations: Get to the root cause of accidents and incidents, recommending corrective actions where necessary.
  • Client Health & Safety Tours: Represent us during client tours, showcasing our dedication to safety.
  • Promote a Safety Culture: Engage and inspire employees and subcontractors to actively participate in building a strong safety culture.
  • Risk Assessments: Work closely with teams to review and advise on workplace risk assessments for both business and construction operations.

What Were Looking For:

  • A NEBOSH General Certificatewould be a bonus but is not a prerequisite
  • A full driving license and the willingness to travel, sometimes staying overnight (1-2 nights per week during busy periods).
  • Flexibility to support audits for both day and night shift projects.
