Salary: £70,000 bonus

We’re working with a high-growth, private equity–backed consultancy to appoint a commercially minded Finance Director. This is a rare opportunity to join a values-led business partnering with global brands.

What You’ll Do

Lead financial strategy, planning, and governance
Partner with the CEO, CFO, and Board to drive profitability and growth
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelling
Manage cash flow, capital structure, and banking relationships
Support M&A activity, due diligence, and commercial decision-making
Champion automation, digital transformation, and process improvement
Build and lead a high-performing finance team

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience as a Finance Director or senior finance leader
Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and compliance
Commercial acumen and strategic thinking
Experience in PE-backed, growth-focused, or scale-up environments
ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification (preferred)
Sector experience in consultancy, professional services, or creative industries
