Job Title- Voids Supervisor
Location-York
Salary-33,000-36,000 DOE
Do you come from a trades background with experience in voids? Are you a supervisor looking for a change?
We are working with a leading property services provider who are looking for a voids supervisor for work across North Yorkshire.
As voids supervisor, you will;
- Oversee the completion of planned works on void properties
- Manage trades teams and quality check work
- Ensure work is completed safely and within compliance regulations
- Provide regular updates and hold meeting reviews for stakeholders
As voids supervisor, it is required that you;
- Are NVQ level 3 or equivalent with a trades background
- Experience with voids and/or working at supervisor level
- Have a working knowledge of schedule of rates
- Are able to perform with a high volume, quick turnaround workload
As voids supervisor, you will receive;
- Up to 36,000 starting salary
- Annual bonus based on company performance up to 10%
