General Manager at SPARK

Were looking for a highly organised, people-focused General Manager to lead daily operations at SPARK. This role is hands-on, front-facing, and at the heart of our vibrant venue from open to close.

You'll be the key contact for traders and the operational team, ensuring seamless operations, outstanding guest experiences, and an atmosphere that reflects our community values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day site operations (opening/closing, cleanliness, security, vibe).
  • Act as main contact for traders, addressing operational needs swiftly.
  • Maintain high guest experience standards, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Oversee the team: rota management, briefings, motivation.
  • Handle basic financial tasks: ordering supplies, managing site budgets, cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, food hygiene, and licensing.
  • Coordinate contractors (cleaning, security, maintenance).
  • Support onboarding and offboarding of traders.
