Temporary Receptionist!
Are you a friendly and organised individual looking for an exciting temporary opportunity in the Building & Construction industry? We're seeking a Temporary Receptionist to join a vibrant team in York! This is a fantastic chance to showcase your skills and contribute to a dynamic workplace.
- Contract Type: Temporary (approx. 3 months, with potential for extension)
- Work Schedule: 4 days per week or full time
- Location: York
- Pay Rate: 12.60 per hour
- Start Date: ASAP
- Hours: 9am - 5pm
Your Role:
- Answering the telephone and directing calls ??
- Greeting and assisting guests at the main entrance
- Managing deliveries and postal duties (delivering to internal departments) ??
- Keeping the reception area and meeting rooms tidy
- Preparing tea and coffee for meetings ??
What We're Looking For:
- A positive and cheerful attitude ??
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities
- A knack for multitasking in a busy environment
- Previous reception experience is a plus!
