Quality Manager – East Yorkshire
Salary: £40,000–£50,000 + Bonus | 34 Days Holiday (Incl. Bank Holidays)
We are seeking an experienced and driven Quality Manager to join a growing manufacturing business based in East Yorkshire.
This is a full-time, on-site position offering the opportunity to lead and develop quality systems within a global organisation at an exciting time of expansion.
The Role:
- Lead and support a small quality and compliance team
- Oversee ISO standards
- Drive continuous improvement, product compliance, and audit readiness
- Work closely with senior leaders across production and operations
- Ensure quality standards are met across product development, manufacturing, and supply chain
About You:
- Experience in manufacturing is essential
- Knowledge of quality tools (8D, SPC, FMEA, root cause analysis)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing ISO standards and product compliance (UKCA/CE)
