Overview:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and well-organised Legal Secretary to join a busy Private Client team, supporting solicitors who specialise in Probate and Estate Administration. This role is integral to the smooth running of the department, providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to ensure clients receive a seamless and professional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare legal documents and correspondence accurately and efficiently.
- Provide full secretarial assistance to fee earners.
- Manage diaries and schedule appointments.
- Prepare financial records and assist with the distribution of funds.
- Liaise with clients in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Handle telephone enquiries promptly and courteously.
- Maintain document and file management systems.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and organisation of the department.
