  • Must have experience of working within Manufacturing OR Production at Supervisory level or above, with a strong knowledge of production processes and quality assurance.
  • Must possess strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • A sound understanding of Health, Safety and Risk Assessment procedures.
  • A passion for training and development.

Duties include:

  • To lead and coach a team of individuals undertaking work experience, supervising their work and ensuring production targets/standards are being met.
  • Provide high-quality and tailored induction training, to include: health and safety, stock control, machinery and tool use.
  • Embedding of Employability Skills, to prepare your team for entering the workforce.
  • To manage and audit inventory and stock, to meet production demands and contractual requirements.
  • Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Completion of required documentation and reports.
