As Group Operations Director, you’ll take the lead in ensuring smooth, efficient, and scalable operations across the business. From supply chain and logistics to people, processes, and performance, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the next phase of growth and operational excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategic vision with practical execution, working closely with the senior leadership team to deliver outstanding results for customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and continuously improve operational processes across the Group.

  • Oversee supply chain, logistics, warehousing, and distribution to maximise efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to set and deliver strategic business goals.

  • Implement systems, metrics, and KPIs to drive performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop teams across logistics, purchasing, quality, HR, and IT.

  • Drive operational projects that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and support sustainable growth.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

  • Support financial planning, budgeting, and cost control.
