Sonic Summary

A Site Manager is required for a new project in the York area, with a start date anticipated for the weeks of July 21 or July 28, 2023.
The ideal candidate should have a strong all-round knowledge of construction, including civils, internal fit-out, and M&E, along with the ability to read and interpret drawings.
Candidates must possess great communication skills for client and staff interactions, as well as experience working on live sites and a keen eye for detail and finishes.
Experience in leisure projects such as spas, gyms, bars, or cafes is advantageous, and a trade background, preferably in joinery, is preferred.
The position requires a CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certification, with a competitive salary offered commensurate with experience.

Principle Contractor

Our Client is a expanding Principle Contractor who are looking for a experienced Site Manager for a new project in the York Area coming on line in the near future.

What are they looking for?

Good all round knowledge of construction from civils, internal fit out to M&E etc.
Bring able to read & understand drawings and depict relevant information.
Great communication skills liaising with clients staffing
Worked on live sites previously
Keen eye for detail & finishes.
Experience in leisure would be advantagous. I.e Spa, Gym, Bar, Cafe etc...
Trade background would be great - Pref Joinery
Must have CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
Computer literate; emails, reporting, programming etc....
