Site Manager - Retail/Conversion - Freelance

PSR is excited to be partnered with a leading retail and fit-out contractor who is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a project.

As a Site Manager, you will bring proven experience in managing the transformation of retail spaces, with a focus on driving quality, client experience, and commercial performance. Experience working in fast-paced retail environments, particularly within live sites or store conversions, is essential.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Experience working on Retail / Conversion projects

• Lead day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery

• Oversee quality control, health & safety, and compliance throughout the project life-cycle

• Implement strategies to optimise the programme of work

• Excellent organisational and leadership skills to manage deadlines and budgets

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications required

• Strong communication and stakeholder management experience
