The job position is for a Site Manager located in North Yorkshire & Humber.
The daily rate for this role is between £280 and £300 under the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS).
Candidates should ideally have previous experience working on fast-moving projects, particularly in hospital settings.
The Site Manager will oversee one subcontractor and will be responsible for starting and completing solar and electrical works as a turnkey package, including all access and scaffolding requirements.
Minimum qualifications required include SMSTS, first aid, CSCS black cards, asbestos awareness, and fire marshalling training.

You will ieally have previous experience of working on fast moving projects ideally hospitals.

You will be looking after 1 sub contractor and the scope of works will be to start and complete the solar and electrical works as a turnkey package this will include all access & scaffolding requirements

Qualifications:

SMSTS, first aid, CSCS black cards, asbestos awareness, fire marshalling training as a minimum.
