Individuals with any payroll experience are encouraged to apply, as there will be a variety of vacancies available depending on your level of expertise. Description
(Dependant upon experience level)
- Managing the accurate processing of end-to end payroll transactions.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines.
- Addressing and resolving payroll discrepancies promptly.
- Working in close collaboration with the Accounting & Finance Department.
- Assisting with payroll reporting and audits as necessary.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of payroll processes.
Profile
A successful Payroll professional should have:
- A solid understanding of payroll procedures and regulations.
- Proficiency in relevant payroll software.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Experience in the Not For Profit sector is highly advantageous.
