We are seeking a number of Payrollers to join a lively Not for Profit Organisation. Individuals with any payroll experience are encouraged to apply, as there will be a variety of vacancies available depending on your level of expertise. This is a temporary role, but could have lead to more longer term possibilities within the organisation.

Description

(Dependant upon experience level)

  • Managing the accurate processing of end-to end payroll transactions.
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines.
  • Addressing and resolving payroll discrepancies promptly.
  • Working in close collaboration with the Accounting & Finance Department.
  • Assisting with payroll reporting and audits as necessary.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of payroll processes.

Profile

A successful Payroll professional should have:

  • A solid understanding of payroll procedures and regulations.
  • Proficiency in relevant payroll software.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Experience in the Not For Profit sector is highly advantageous.
