Testing Electrician

Our client is currently recruiting an electrician to join their electrical inspection team on a temporary permanent basis, they have a contract with North Yorkshire Council and carry out electrical work on all their offices, leisure centres, care homes, etc. 

My client would expect a testing engineer to test 3-4 circuits per hour and be confident in EICR reports and remedial works.

This is a mobile position, the client will try and keep you as close as they can to your home town but there will be some travel required. Travel is also paid.

Key Skills & Experience for the Electrician (Testing and Inspection)

Essential
• CSCS ECS Gold Card
• 2391 - City & Guilds or equivalent
• BS7671 - 18th edition
• Full UK Driving License
• Strong written and spoken communication skills

A company Van + Fuel card will be provided.
