The workshop if well equipped, very clean and tidy with all tools provided. Working hours of 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday with overtime available.

Responsibilities for mechanical supervisor include:
- Supervise daily assembly and production activities in the machine assembly department.
- Leading by example, you will also be involved in the whole assembly process.
- Assign tasks to workers and ensure proper use of tools, machinery, and safety protocols.
- Monitor quality control of assembled products.
- Train and mentor workers on efficient assembly techniques and safety practices.
- Maintain production schedules and meet output targets.
- Inspect materials and coordinate with procurement or warehouse teams.
- Report progress, issues, and suggestions for process improvements to management.
Skills & Qualifications for the mechanical supervisor:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience within a mechanical field.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and process issues.
