What you'll be doing:

  • Managing the full recruitment process from start to finish (candidates + clients)
  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with both sides of the market
  • Developing your region and making it your own
  • Creating value and solutions - not just ticking boxes
  • Working as part of a supportive, high-performing team (we’re all remote, but we’re tight-knit)
