We are recruiting Health and Safety Trainer to work within maintenance team and provide H&S and induction training in new staff, sub-contractors and client personnel.
The position is a Permanent role paying circa 36,000 PA. Mon-Fri 40 hours per week.
Health & Safety Trainer:
Provide training relating to on-site Health & Safety processes and procedures plus the induction of new staff
Provide training and induction services to sub-contracting workers and end user personnel
Keep and maintain training and induction records across the various estates on the contract
Ensure inductions are kept up to date with any relevant legislation changes etc.
Ensure quality is maintained across the internal processes and associated record keeping
Travel between each facility where required
Requirements:
To be successful in this role you must have experience and interest in the delivery of training and inductions for new personnel, ideally within an FM or H&S sector.
Able and willing to travel between each facility
To role will also require training the successful candidate in the sector specific processes
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge and experience dealing with end users and client operations
Excellent record-keeping skills
