If so, we have the opportunity that you’re looking for! Impression Recruitment are delighted to be assisting a fast-growing business based in Tockwith in their search for a Recruitment & HR Coordinator to join the team. Our client takes pride in their uniquely interesting business offering and they continuously work on some extremely exciting and well-renowned projects each year. They’re pleased to have experienced some exponential growth over the past few years, so it’s a great time to get on board and help contribute to further successes that are on the horizon. In order to be a suitable candidate, you’ll have gained experience in a Recruitment or HR environment, with the desire to be the go-to person for all Recruitment and HR matters within a business. You’ll also need to be able to use initiative and at times work towards demanding timeframes to ensure that the business is able to run smoothly and continue flourishing. Your duties as Recruitment & HR Coordinatorwill be:
  • Taking sole responsibility to identify relevant new team members for any upcoming projects.
  • Ensuring that new members of the team are onboarded and integrated into the company in line with desired onboarding process.
  • Assuring compliance is priority when onboarding new team members.
  • Adhering to SLAs within all areas of work in conjunction with any hiring manager expectations.
  • Providing detailed and effective communication to Managers to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
  • Continuously improve the company’s recruitment process.
  • Assisting with the processing of payroll.
  • Supporting with training and development of staff.
  • Serving as the go-to person for all HR matters.
  • Reviewing HR policies and procedures to ensure best practice.
  • Educating and supporting Managers within the business to create a HR compliant environment.
 Key skills / qualities in order to be successful:
  • Prior experience working within a HR / recruitment role.
  • Portray a winning mentality with experience of working towards deadlines.
  • Ability to perform tasks independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle and communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Proficient IT skills with ability to use different software / applications.
In return as Recruitment & HR Coordinator, you can expect to receive a salary of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, working 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday in the office.
