What you’ll be responsible for
  • Leading, motivating and developing your production team

  • Driving safety, quality, delivery, cost and people performance

  • Managing labour, materials and production resources effectively

  • Working closely with Engineering, Technical and Planning

  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and H&S standards

  • Championing continuous improvement across your shift

  • Creating a positive, collaborative working culture

What you’ll bring
  • Experience managing teams in FMCG or food manufacturing

  • Level 4 Food Safety is ideal (training can be supported)
