What youll bring doing:

• Running the restaurant floor with confidence, personality and pride
• Delivering seamless service from breakfast through to dinner, and running private events, ensuring every guest leaves happier than when they arrived
• Coaching and motivating your team so they shine brighter than the Minster at golden hour
• Working closely with the kitchen to champion local, seasonal produce and create memorable dining experiences
• Keeping an eagle eye on the details from table settings to wine pairings so the experience always feels special
• Handling the behind-the-scenes bits like rotas, stock, and compliance (because smooth service doesnt happen by accident)
