- Working closely with the kitchen to champion local, seasonal produce and create memorable dining experiences
- Keeping an eagle eye on the details from table settings to wine pairings so the experience always feels special
- Handling the behind-the-scenes bits like rotas, stock, and compliance (because smooth service doesnt happen by accident)
