Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + £15,000 Uncapped OTE + Car + Excellent Benefits

Key Responsibilities of the Key Account Manager:Territory Management Maximise ROI across the YO, LN, DN, WF, HU, NG, LE and PE postcode areas through strategic client visits.
Account Growth Drive revenue via upselling and cross-selling to an existing base of warm accounts.
Consultative Sales Deliver tailored, value-based solutions that meet customer needs and improve outcomes.
Training & Support Help clients get the most from their services through effective onboarding and continued support.
Market Awareness Stay informed about industry developments and competitor movements to inform client strategy.
CRM Excellence Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client activity.
Collaboration Work closely with your Area Sales Director, internal support teams and head office to ensure client satisfaction and long-term success.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a B2B Key Account Manager, Regional Account Manager, or similar field-based role.
Experience in a fast-paced sales environment where meetings are focused on closing.
Strong record of selling services and demonstrating ROI to clients.
Skilled in managing pricing objections, ideally in a non-discounting sales model.
Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as Challenger, SPIN or SNAP.
Commercially savvy with excellent planning, organisation and presentation skills.
Basic Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
Bonus: Uncapped £15,000 OTE (realistic and guaranteed for the first 4 months)
