Client Services Assistant

We are seeking a professional and client-focused Client Services Assistant to join their front-of-house team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to contribute to a reputable firm in a long-term, stable role.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients and visitors professionally at reception

Answer and direct incoming calls, taking accurate messages

Manage meeting room bookings and keep reception tidy and welcoming

Monitor and respond to the Advice inbox

Process client payments and handle basic financial/admin tasks (e.g. swear fees, courier and train bookings)

Assist with document preparation, scanning, archiving, and data entry

Order office supplies and manage incoming/outgoing deliveries

Support with ID checks and ensure compliance with internal policies

Help other teams with general administrative duties when needed

Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the office through strong teamwork and communication
