Benefits Adviser

Are you passionate about employee wellbeing and making benefits meaningful? We're looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Benefits Adviser to join our clients team and help shape how they support their people.
In this key role, you'll act as a trusted partner to HR and business leaders-offering expert advice, driving employee engagement, and ensuring their benefits align with their people strategy. You'll be the go-to person for everything from explaining benefits to employees through webinars and site visits, to analysing data and working with procurement teams to keep our offerings competitive and cost-effective.
What you'll do:
- Advise HR and leaders on employee benefits strategy
- Deliver engaging presentations and webinars to promote understanding and uptake
- Work closely with suppliers and procurement to manage contracts
- Analyse data to demonstrate the value and ROI of benefit programs
- Support people projects and training across the organisation
What we're looking for:
- Experience in a benefits or HR advisory role
- Strong knowledge of HR and payroll systems
- Skilled in analysing data and presenting insights
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Able to influence and build relationships at all levels
- Passionate about employee wellbeing and inclusion
