Are you passionate about employee wellbeing and making benefits meaningful? We're looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Benefits Adviser to join our clients team and help shape how they support their people.

In this key role, you'll act as a trusted partner to HR and business leaders-offering expert advice, driving employee engagement, and ensuring their benefits align with their people strategy. You'll be the go-to person for everything from explaining benefits to employees through webinars and site visits, to analysing data and working with procurement teams to keep our offerings competitive and cost-effective.

What you'll do:

  • Advise HR and leaders on employee benefits strategy
  • Deliver engaging presentations and webinars to promote understanding and uptake
  • Work closely with suppliers and procurement to manage contracts
  • Analyse data to demonstrate the value and ROI of benefit programs
  • Support people projects and training across the organisation
