Our client are a successful IT services company who specialise in Cyber Security and Data. They are currently looking for an experienced Project Management Officer Co-ordinator to ensure all the scheduling of the team is managed.

The Role

The PMO Co-Ordinator / Scheduler will join a busy team and manage the day-to-day activities of various teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

PMO responsibilities include:

  • planning project management activities
  • analysing financial information to keep projects on track
  • and collaborating with different departments to ensure all leaders understand where a project is in the development process

Ultimately, you will work with leaders across various departments to help streamline our projects to ensure projects are kept on track for timely completion.

Your experience

? Proven work experience as a PMO Co-Ordinator or similar role

? Strong leadership skills

? Good written and verbal communication skills

? Strong attention to details and technicalities

? Excellent organizational and technical abilities

? Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills

? Accuracy - This role requires the ability to carry out tasks to a high degree of accuracy.
