This Technical Administrator position is based in York (YO10), offers hybrid working and will see you being a key part of an in-house property team delivering a major three year project.
As a Technical Administrator you will be working closely with colleagues being given tasks and contributing ideas on how you can help. It's a position that is likely to evolve as your skills develop and the project progresses.
For your application to be successful you must:
- Have previously worked within a facilities, construction or building maintenance team
- Be comfortable working within a project team, liaising with multiple parties and being the lynchpin for helping to keep everything on track.
- Fluency using Office and Google office documents with a knack for learning new packages.
You will be able to meet the team in a face to face interview before joining them and also get a feel for what the post involves with an exercise that they will set you as part of the interview process.
This is a temporary contract that is due to last for three years with an immediate start. While it may become longer term or a permanent position, this is by no means guaranteed.
